Our goal is to help keep resources in the community. We do this by building strong relationships that support local businesses and the local economy.

Waste is both our biggest challenge and our greatest opportunity. We look for waste at every step and turn it into value. Whether it’s composting with local farms, repurposing food trim, or redistributing leftover food to local food pantries, our goal is to help build sustainable food systems wherever we work.
